If you have an Acura or Honda with the factory subwoofer or rear deck speakers you can utilize this T harness and LOC combo to install an aftermarket subwoofer amplifier. You will just need to find a remote source (fuse 32 with a fuse tap) or use an amplifier with signal sense. This does not come with an amplifier it comes with the t harness and an optional line out converter to make everything plug and play.
