Are you looking to replace the free air subwoofer in your Acura or Honda? Acura and Honda sedans are often equipped with sound systems that include an 8 inch free air subwoofer on the rear deck. This subwoofer mounts with 4 ears which means a traditional subwoofer will not mount correctly without you either making an adapter or drilling into metal on a weird angle. Our adapter makes it easier to mount your new subwoofer in the factory location.
We also include the speaker harness connector so you don’t have to cut any wires when you replace the sub you can just plug the new sub in. The speaker adapter varies from model to model so please include the year and model of your Acura in the billing notes when you go to checkout.

Adapter is too thick so woofer is touching the deck lid. Also had to scrape the inside of the adapter for the subwoofer to fit through all the way. I was not using a kicker subwoofer.
