Are you looking to replace the subwoofer in your Acura TL? The second generation Acura TL is equipped with a 9 inch free air subwoofer on the rear deck. This subwoofer mounts with 4 ears which means a traditional subwoofer will not mount correctly without you either making an adapter or drilling into metal on a weird angle.
Our subwoofer spacer makes it easy to install to mount a new 8 inch subwoofer in the factory factory location. The clearance for a subwoofer in the factory location is less than 3 inches only extremely slim subwoofers will fit in this location unless you cut the factory metal trim below the subwoofer. There is no need for a speaker wire harness when swapping the sub as it uses standard speaker spade terminals.

Great idea but none of the holes actually lined up. Had to drill the mounting holes out larger because the spacing is off. The predrilled holes for the subwoofer also didn’t line up at all and had to drill all new holes for the sub.
