RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We do not accept returns for custom harnesses, radio packages or complete installation packages. We do accept returns of subwoofers, amplifiers, and speakers if they are unopened in their original condition. The return window is within 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns of used or installed items. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. Only defective products are eligible for paid return postage. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Defective products are eligible for exchange of the same product only. Electrical audio components including amplifiers, radios and speakers with broken tamper seals or security zip-ties are considered used and are not eligible for return.
Any harness that is custom made for your application or vehicle is not eligible for return, these include radio packages, wired PNP harnesses, and complete installation kits.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@mobilemaxcaraudio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, if you are returning a new unused item you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
